Thank you for your interest in donating to the Food Council Committee for Good Government. Our industry is facing more onerous actions from the State Legislature than ever before and it is extremely critical that our industry voice is heard in the halls of Trenton.
In the next state election cycle in 2023, New Jersey will elect all 120 seats in the State Legislature under a new Legislative District Map. It is of vital importance that we continue to support elected officials and candidates who stand with us to ensure our industry stays healthy and prosperous. Additionally, it is critical that we take a stand against higher taxes and increased regulatory burdens that will harm our businesses and employees.
In order to do this, the Food Council Committee for Good Government (FCCfGG) needs your assistance. Please show your support for the food industry and make a contribution today!
All contributions are subject to the limits set by the NJ Election Law Enforcement Commission.

Pursuant to NJ State Regulations, N.J.A.C. 19:25-11.10, a partnership entity as defined in the administrative code, organized under Title 42 of the NJ Statutes (N.J.S.A. 42:1-1 et seq) is prohibited from making a contribution as a business entity. This includes general partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, joint ventures or any similar association of two or more persons to carry on as co-owners a business for profit. As prescribed under N.J.A.C. 19:25-11.10, a partnership may donate if they submit a letter which will serve as written instruction as to the attribution of the contribution to the appropriate partners/members participating in this contribution.
