President’s Scholarship Award in Honor of Bill Sumas, Village Super Markets
The NJFC Board of Directors is pleased to announce the 2nd Annual $5,000 President’s Scholarship Award in addition to our other scholarships. Last year, the NJFC created an Ad Journal to generate more scholarship money. This year, we will recognize and honor Bill Sumas posthumously with the President’s Scholarship Award. Bill passed away in July and was our longest serving NJFC Chairman, a member of our Executive Committee for over 20 years and Board of Directors for over 40 years. This recognition helps us build the academic future of NJFC member associates and their families. The Ad Journal raises funds for the Award and the NJFC Foundation. Your contribution will fully fund this scholarship. The Ad Journal will highlight Bill’s NJFC career and include lists of supporters, snapshots of past scholarship events, and showcase the education and networking we enjoy as an association. We hope you can support it!
